At Skida, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure you stay comfortable and stylish, whether you are on the trails or in the city.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
